End-to-End Recruitment Leadership

  • Lead the

    recruitment process

  • Develop and execute comprehensive

  • Ensure alignment between recruitment needs and the company’s

Team Management & Mentoring

  • Manage and

    mentor a team

    of junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators, ensuring consistent and effective performance.
  • Provide training, guidance, and feedback to ensure the team is well-equipped to meet hiring goals.
  • Conduct

    performance reviews

    for the recruitment team and work on their

    career development

    within the organization.

Sourcing & Talent Pool Management

  • Build and maintain a

    strong talent pipeline

    by sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, industry-specific platforms, and professional networks.
  • Establish

    strong relationships

    with industry bodies, educational institutions, and recruitment agencies to ensure access to a wide range of potential candidates.
  • Headhunt

    and engage with high-quality passive candidates in the mining and metals sector, especially for senior and niche roles.

Collaborating with Hiring Managers

  • Partner with

    hiring managers

    across departments to clearly define job requirements, role expectations, and the required skill set.
  • Provide strategic advice to leadership regarding the best recruitment practices and market insights related to talent acquisition.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the

    recruitment team

    hiring managers

    for effective decision-making.

Interviewing & Candidate Assessment

  • Oversee

    interviews

    for critical and senior-level positions, providing guidance on

    interview techniques

    and candidate evaluation.
  • Lead the

    candidate assessment process

  • Ensure the recruitment process adheres to established

Employer Branding & Market Presence

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve the

Recruitment Reporting & Metrics

  • Track and report on

  • Analyze trends in recruitment to make data-driven decisions that continuously improve hiring practices and efficiency.
  • Ensure the timely and effective reporting of

  • Ensure that recruitment processes comply with

Educational qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

MBA


Experience:

  • 8-12 years

    of experience in

    full-cycle recruitment

    , particularly in the

    heavy industry sectors

  • Experience recruiting for

    senior and technical roles
