Role Overview:

Accounts & Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage

    project accounting, financial reporting, and cost control

    for mining operations.
  • Prepare and monitor

    budgets, forecasts, and cash flow

    for multiple projects.
  • Oversee

    finalization of accounts, audits, and statutory compliances

    (IFRS / GAAP standards).
  • Manage

    vendor payments, receivables, reconciliations, and working capital optimization

    .
  • Implement and maintain effective

    internal controls and ERP-based financial systems

    .
  • Provide detailed

    financial analysis and management reports

    to support decision-making.
  • Liaise with

    banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities

    to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the

    accounts and finance team

    across project sites.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • CA / Inter CA preferred

    (CMA or MBA Finance will be an added advantage).

  • 18–22 years

    of relevant experience in

    accounts, finance, and cost control

    .
  • Strong exposure to

    Metals, Mining, or large-scale industrial project environments

    .
  • In-depth understanding of

    financial management, budgeting, taxation, and compliance

    .
  • Proficiency in

    ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally)

    and advanced

    MS Excel

    .
