We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and support our recruitment function. The role involves guiding and mentoring the TA team to achieve joining targets, while also managing end-to-end hiring for senior and critical positions independently. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, proven expertise in closing positions across levels, and a passion for building high performing
teams.
Recruitment & Team Leadership:
● Mentor, support, and guide the Talent Acquisition team to achieve monthly/quarterly joining targets.
● Drive hiring efforts as per the approved Manpower Plan, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
● Personally handle hiring for senior/critical roles through headhunting, networking, and strategic sourcing.
● Build effective sourcing strategies through portals, social media, headhunting, and referrals.
● Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
● Work extensively on the ATS (Zoho Recruit) for tracking, managing, and reporting hiring activities.
● Ensure smooth candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
● Track, monitor, and report hiring metrics including offers, acceptances, and joining ratios.
● Implement best practices to improve team productivity and hiring quality.
● Stay updated with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirement
Key Requirements:
● Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
● 5–8 years of strong experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2+ years in a team handling
● Proven track record in closing mid to senior-level roles.
● Strong team mentoring and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and other sourcing tools.
