Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience

  in talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume or international recruitment.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong

  interviewing and candidate assessment

  skills.
• Ability to

  collaborate effectively

  with multiple stakeholders (hiring managers, recruiters, and support teams).

• Data-driven mindset

  with expertise in recruitment reporting and analytics.
• Excellent

  communication skills

  in English.
• Proficiency in

  recruitment tools, ATS and sourcing techniques
