Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in understanding job requirements and preparing job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.

• Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and other platforms.

• Source suitable candidates via internal references and database

• Conduct initial screening and assess candidate fitment based on skills, experience, and interest.

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates at each stage of the process.

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate communication records.

• Ensure timely feedback coordination between candidates and interview panels.

• Support walk-in drives, recruitment events, and campus hiring initiatives. Qualifications & Work

Experiences:

• Bachelors degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field).

• Up to 2 years of experience in recruitment or 1 year internship exposure in the recruitment.
