Job Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level and specialized roles across the organization. This position requires a strategic partner who can work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver effective talent solutions. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to broader talent strategy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for senior and niche positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Strategic Sourcing:

    Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier passive and active candidates. Utilize various channels including social media, professional networks, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Business Partnership:

    Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and build a deep understanding of their talent needs.
  • Candidate Experience:

    Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a professional process for all applicants.
  • Data-Driven Recruiting:

    Track and analyze recruitment metrics to provide insights and reports to leadership. Use data to optimize hiring processes and improve outcomes.
  • Talent Pipelining:

    Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future talent needs.
  • Mentorship & Leadership:

    Act as a mentor and subject matter expert for junior recruiters, providing guidance on best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform and refine recruitment strategies.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, with a demonstrated history of filling senior and/or technical roles.
  • Proven ability to identify and source talent for open roles using various channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or consulting environment.
  • Experience in executive search or agency recruitment.
  • Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
  • Certification in talent acquisition or human resources.
