Overview:

Inovalon is seeking a talented full-cycle Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions. This highly visible role requires a professional who will be responsible to recruit for individual contributor and management level positions across all departments of our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for setting and driving the recruitment process for multiple business units across the enterprise;
  • Apply expertise toward recommending process improvement of the overall staffing strategy, focusing on quality, cost effectiveness and timeliness of fulfilling hiring needs;
  • Present candidates the competitive position and business strategy for opportunities within the company;
  • Engage active and passive talent through outbound sourcing, resume screening, portfolio reviews, networking, referrals, recruitment events, etc.;
  • Utilize a wide variety of talent generation sources, including but not limited to: Social Media Recruiting, Internet Job Boards, and company proprietary databases;
  • Identify and implement new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads;
  • Research and source qualified candidates in historical and target candidate markets;
  • Partner with business leaders, hiring manager and the HR team to include initial in-take, on-going updates and integrity of our applicant tracking system;
  • Manage the interview process utilizing our corporate applicant tracking system, from scheduling to day-of coordination, ensuring clear internal communication, as well as a smooth and positive candidate experience;
  • Serve in a consultative and advisory role with hiring managers to guide them in the selection process;
  • Negotiate offers and proactively provide candidates with the appropriate information to help make their decision as easy as possible;
  • Participate in TA projects and deliverables for various initiatives including process improvements, onsite job fairs, and other special projects as requested;
  • Consistently perform above established quantitative and qualitative standards;
  • Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement;
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position;
  • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company; and
  • Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of full lifecycle in Technology recruiting experience, with proven ability to recruit and hire top-tier technical talent within similar industry;
  • Minimum of 5+ years of (latest) experience as in-house corporate recruiter needed;
  • Strong understanding of technical hiring (mainly focusing from Software dev to Management level hiring), compensation and commission plans, selling techniques and methodologies;
  • Should be able to mentor team members and guide them to overcome day-to-day hiring challenges.
  • Proven experience with the talent acquisition process including sourcing, candidate identification, compensation analysis, offer proposals and offer negotiation, pre-employment validation, etc.;
  • Expert in strategic talent acquisition; methodology utilizing job portals and social media (Naukri and LinkedIn Recruit is MUST)
  • Ability to communicate with and influence senior management;
  • Excellent written communication skills;
  • Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking System;
  • Demonstrated ability to hit key hiring metrics;
  • Knowledge of strategic talent acquisition; methodology utilizing social media (LinkedIn Recruiter & Facebook preferred);
  • Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Outlook and Word);
  • Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases;
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures; and
  • Able to adapt to competing

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time);
  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
  • Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
  • Travel for this position will include 15-20% depending upon the line of business being supported
