Job Description

Partner with hiring managers across India to understand workforce needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
Use headhunting techniques: direct search, market mapping, talent intelligence, and proactive outreach to identify niche and hard-to-find profiles.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of engineering, technical, and functional talent relevant to the mining industry.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights on talent availability, competitor activity, and market trends.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding, ensuring a professional candidate experience.
Support employer branding initiatives, positioning FLSmidth as an employer of choice for mining professionals in India.
Track recruitment metrics and deliver regular reports to stakeholders.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally including direct search/headhunting.
A proven track record of sourcing and engaging talent in technical, engineering, or industrial domains.
Excellent communication, networking, and influencing skills.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Familiarity with ATS systems and digital sourcing tools.
A proactive, hunter mindset with the ability to spot and attract hidden talent.
