Job Description

Payoneer is looking for Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candi .
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candi fit and skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the process.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
