Own Organic Growth for B2B AI SaaS

Contify is hiring a Sr. SEO/GEO Specialist with 3–4 years of experience preferably in the SaaS domain to lead organic growth through technical excellence and next-gen search innovation. This role is perfect for someone deeply skilled in Technical SEO, On-page optimization, and AI-integrated search strategies such as SGE, GEO, AIO, and LLM-based SEO.

You’ll collaborate across marketing, product, and design to engineer a future-proof SEO system for AI-first search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.


Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO

Conduct advanced technical SEO audits (crawl, indexation, JS rendering, logs)

Optimize crawl budget, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and internal linking

Implement structured data and schema for AI and search enhancements

Manage international SEO and multilingual site SEO (hreflang, sitemaps)

Collaborate with dev teams on scalable solutions using CMS/headless frameworks


On-Page SEO

Align metadata and page structure with entity-based and semantic search practices

Optimize UX signals (SXO), page speed, mobile-first indexing, and accessibility

Use A/B testing and behavior analytics (scroll depth, heatmaps) for performance gains


Content Strategy

Collaborate with Marketing Lead and Visual Designer on content priorities

Develop SEO-friendly content for blogs, landing pages, guides, webinars, ebooks

Build topic clusters and execute SaaS-specific content strategies for B2B audiences

Apply schema markup to improve discoverability and SERP enhancement


Analyze & Report

Track SEO performance using GA4, GSC, Microsoft Clarity, Ahrefs, SEMrush

Build attribution models that connect SEO efforts to revenue and pipeline

Identify SEO gaps, monitor competitors, and discover growth opportunities

Report weekly/monthly on rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI


Future-Ready SEO & AI Integration

Design a future-proof SEO roadmap aligned with SGE, LLMs, zero-click, and AI search

Optimize for AI-first platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI

Implement GEO and AEO strategies to improve visibility in generative SERPs

Monitor SERP volatility and adapt to changing algorithms and search patterns


Preferred Qualifications

3–4 years SEO experience (preferably in SaaS)

Proven history scaling organic traffic from 10K to 100K+ sessions

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic knowledge of JavaScript.

Technical SEO expertise: JS SEO, migrations, CWV, architecture

Strong experience in content strategy and collaborating cross-functionally

Familiarity with B2B SaaS KPIs (CAC, LTV, MRR, attribution)


Tools & Skills

Tools: GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity, Surfer, ContentKing

CMS: Proficient in Webflow Editor and structured content workflows; experience with WordPress and content management systems

Link Building: Outreach, backlink analysis, and authority growth

Analytical: Strong in reporting, forecasting, and building SEO-driven business cases
