About the Role Contify is looking for a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager who can take complete ownership of features—from specs to rollout. If you’re good with data, understand GenAI, can work cross-functionally, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty with testing, documentation, or client communication—this role is for you. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end delivery of product features with minimal guidance Write detailed product specs, release notes, and internal documentation Coordinate with tech teams, conduct UAT, and ensure timely delivery Collaborate with design to solve user problems with clean UX Work on data-rich platforms with API integrations and analytics workflows Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders on feature updates and support queries Create and manage product demo videos and client-facing presentations Handle API testing and validate data pipelines as needed Support the customer support team with escalations and feature questions Use JIRA to manage sprints, issues, and development workflows Analyze product usage data to inform roadmap decisions Contribute to the product vision with practical GenAI use cases What We’re Looking For 2–8 years of product experience, preferably in a product-based company Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to write client-ready communication and demo scripts Comfortable working on complex, data-driven products Experience with GenAI tools or building AI-enabled features Prior work with design teams on user-centric workflows Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) Proficient in JIRA and Agile product development Strong analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset Self-starter who can operate independently and drive things to completion How to Apply: Send your updated resume to hr.ops@contify.com Note Contify is a people-oriented company.
