Position: Senior Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager

Markets: Domestic & International

Education

  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is required.
  • Candidates holding both an MBA and Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification will be given preference.
  • Applicants are expected to meet the minimum qualification of an MBA; candidates without this qualification may not be considered for this role.


Experience

  • 8–12 years of proven sales & business development experience in premium or design-led categories.
  • Strong network and experience engaging architects, interior designers, fabricators, distributors, and large retail/project accounts.
  • Exposure to export/international markets (USA, Europe, Middle East, APAC) is a major advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving targets, managing key accounts, and driving new-market entry.


Note: Candidates with primary experience in traditional construction materials (such as cement, steel, pipes, paints, or similar categories) may not be the best fit for this position. We are specifically looking for professionals with experience in premium, design-led, or brand-driven industries.


Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, pricing models, and market expansion plans.
  • Comfortable working with international clients, distributors, OEM customers.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Leadership qualities — ability to build, motivate, and manage sales teams.
  • Understanding of export documentation, logistics, and trade regulations.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within India and abroad.
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.


Preferred Background (non-construction materials)

  • Premium / design-forward categories such as kitchen & bath, luxury appliances, high-end furniture & décor, architectural/design services, premium home/interior solutions, or other brand-led, specification-driven industries.
  • Experience selling to A&D (architect & designer) ecosystems, large retail/distribution networks, and enterprise project customers.
  • Proven success representing premium brands with long sales cycles and specification influence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive nationwide and international B2B & B2C sales growth across premium quartz and granite categories.
  • Build and scale a strong dealer/distributor network across key regions.
  • Develop partnerships with architects, builders, designers, and institutional clients.
  • Implement go-to-market strategies to strengthen QUANTRA’s presence in India and abroad.
  • Represent QUANTRA at leading exhibitions, trade shows, and design forums worldwide.

Eligibility

  • 8–12 years in sales with a focus on premium/design-led categories (not traditional construction materials).
  • A proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel across domestic and international markets.
