Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technology sector.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to deliver client-specific solutions.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support business decisions.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech or B.Sc (technical background preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT/tech industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
