Description
As a Senior Sales Manager at AssetPro, your role will involve owning the sales strategy, pipeline, and revenue for AssetPro, with a specific focus on aviation ground handling companies and asset/operations-heavy businesses. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning end-to-end sales for AssetPro, from lead qualification to closure for assigned sectors and geographies. - Developing and refining the go-to-market strategy and target account list, such as ground handling companies, infrastructure, logistics, and equipment-intensive businesses. - Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring regular movement of opportunities through the funnel with clear next steps. - Conducting discovery meetings with prospective customers to understand their operations, pain points, and decision-making process. - Delivering high-impact product demos and presentations to operations teams, IT, and senior management stakeholders. - Driving commercial discussions, proposal creation, and negotiations, and coordinating contract finalization with internal and customer teams. - Working closely with the implementation team to ensure a smooth handover from sales to onboarding, setting the right expectations with customers. - Setting clear goals, guiding, and mentoring the Sales & Marketing Executive, including reviewing leads, outreach, campaigns, and follow-ups. - Tracking and reporting key sales metrics to management regularly. - Gathering market intelligence and feeding insights back into product positioning and roadmap. - Collaborating with marketing to shape campaigns, content, events, and case studies that support the sales funnel. - Representing AssetPro in customer meetings, industry forums, and relevant events professionally. Required Skills: - 5-10 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales, business development, or account management, with experience in SaaS/software/technology solutions preferred. - Proven track record of owning and closing medium to large deals with business and technical stakeholders. - Strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and work with long sales cycles. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term partnerships. - Leadership and coaching mindset. - Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed. Preferred Skills: - Experience selling to aviation, ground handling, logistics, infrastructure, or industrial equipment companies. - Exposure to selling SaaS platforms, ERP, asset management, or operations/maintenance systems. - Experience in setting up or refining sales processes and working closely with product and implementation teams.
