Job Description (JD) for Senior Sales Executive Position: Senior Sales Executive Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh Reporting to: Sales Manager / General Manager - Sales Key Responsibilities · Sales Strategy and Planning: · Assist the Sales Manager in developing territory sales plans aligned with company objectives. · Monitor performance and implement improvement strategies for underperforming areas. · Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: · Build strong relationships with key clients from corporate, government, and private sectors. · Identify high-value clients and focus on long-term account development. · Supervise junior sales executives during client meetings when needed. · Target Achievement: · Achieve individual sales targets and assist in team sales goals. · Regularly analyze sales performance and take corrective actions where necessary. · Team Support and Coordination: · Guide and mentor Sales Executives in lead handling, client interactions, and closing techniques. · Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure seamless order execution. · Reporting and Documentation: · Maintain updated records of leads, client interactions, quotations, and order status. · Submit weekly and monthly reports to management with analysis and recommendations. · Market Development: · Explore new business avenues in Raipur and neighboring areas through market research. · Recommend new product developments and marketing initiatives based on client feedback. · Brand Promotion: · Represent the company in industry exhibitions, promotional events, and client demos. · Ensure brand visibility and recognition in the assigned region. Job Specification (JS) for Senior Sales Executive · Educational Qualification: · Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in Marketing, Business, or a related field). · MBA/PGDM preferred (not mandatory). · Experience: · 3–5 years of B2B or B2G sales experience (preferably in modular furniture or interiors industry). · Skills and Knowledge: · Excellent spoken and written communication in Hindi and English. · Strong understanding of office and residential furniture solutions. · Skilled in proposal development, pricing, and closing deals. · Leadership and Sales Skills: · Team leadership and mentoring capabilities. · Strong negotiation, client management, and closing abilities. · Ability to create and manage a sales pipeline effectively. · Soft Skills: · Confidence, integrity, and problem-solving mindset. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships. · Technical Knowledge: · Working knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking software. · Proficient in MS Office, email, and digital communication platforms. · Other Requirements: · Must be a local resident or willing to relocate. · Should own a vehicle or have dependable transportation for field visits. · Willingness to travel across cities and work flexibly as per client schedules.
