Job responsibilities:

  1. Achievement of sales & collection in an assigned territory.
  2. Technically understand the Customer’s requirements and provide solutions for NDT Products, adding value in terms of better performance & improved process efficacy.
  3. Provide Product Demonstration to customers in various industry verticals such as Automotive,
  4. Aviation, General Engineering, Forging, Casting & foundries, and Heavy Fabrication, etc. & help customers appreciate the true value of ZChem Products, resulting in business generation.
  5. Identify and reach out to prospective clients and partners, initiating conversations and building strong professional relationships to drive sales.
  6. Manage a team of Dealer/Distributors Sales Representatives & ensure optimal product performance to the Customer’s processes.
  7. Strategize and plan for sales, forecasting, pricing, distribution, Key Account Management, & overall profitability.
  8. Conduct effective Market Research and competitor analysis, and apply this information to increase sales.
  9. Estimation of RFQs and Sales Proposals.
  10. Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists, and other sensitive company information.
  11. To interact with Customers, Principals, and Dealers for pre- and post-project activities.
  12. Handle all technical support.
  13. Developing proof of performance, case studies, trial reports & other collaterals.
  14. Maintain excellent working relationships with customers &scout for new areas of value added through Application Engineering.


Qualification

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
  • MBA in Marketing would be an added advantage


Experience

  • 2-5 Sales Experience of Industrial Consumables such as Welding Products, Lubricants, Cutting Tools, etc.

  • Shall have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Shall have a flair for networking, meeting new profiles, relationship building, and establishing an instant rapport with the customers
  • Shall be dynamic, assertive and aggressive, results-oriented, and can work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Command over the regional language of the territory
  • Shall be proactive, good at planning, executing, and motivating people
  • Ability to travel extensively
