Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Executive with strong expertise in leading industrial automation, robotics, and connectivity solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven knowledge of products from Siemens, Frecon, Delta, DH Robotics, Dobot, Murr, Lenze, Phoenix Contact, Lapp Kabel, Sick, DFI, and Teltonika, and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value for customers.


Key Responsibilities

· Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities in automation, robotics, drives, and connectivity solutions.

· Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution recommendations to customers.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and OEMs.

· Collaborate with internal engineering teams to design tailored automation and robotics solutions.

· Conduct competitive analysis and understand market trends to position our offerings effectively.

· Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical documents that meet client requirements.

· Support after-sales service by coordinating with application and service engineering teams.

· 

Required Knowledge & Expertise

· In-depth understanding of industrial and automation products from:

· Siemens (automation, PLC, HMI, drives)

· Frecon (inverters, drives)

· Delta (automation products, motion controllers)

· DH Robotics & Dobot (grippers, collaborative robots, robotic arms)

· Murr (connectivity solutions, communication interfaces)

· Lenze (motion, servo drives, frequency inverters)

· Phoenix Contact (connectors, relays, I/O systems)

· Lapp Kabel (industrial cables and accessories)

· Sick (sensors, safety solutions, vision systems)

· DFI (industrial computing solutions)

· Teltonika (networking, IoT, industrial routers)




· Ability to understand customer applications and propose complete integrated solutions.


Qualifications

· BE in Electrical/ IC/EC

· 6 to 7 years of experience in sales.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Willingness to travel based on business needs.

· Ability to handle team.
