Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales Medical devices, providing detailed technical support to clients, and collaborating with the sales team to meet business goals. Core responsibilities include understanding client requirements, presenting product demonstrations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the technical implementation of the solutions. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales with a focus on technical product sales
• Strong Technical Support skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to clients
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with clients and team members
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; prior experience in the healthcare or medical imaging sector is highly desirable
• Willingness to work on-site in Tirunelveli
