About The Role 👥

As the

Head - Projects and Pre-Sales

, you will lead both

project delivery

and

pre-sales initiatives

, ensuring seamless alignment between client needs, technical solutions, and execution. You will drive Agile project management, oversee high-impact IT/communication projects, and spearhead pre-sales strategies to win and onboard enterprise clients,

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities 🎯

  • Project Management Leadership
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead Agile teams, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Oversee SDLC compliance, release coordination, and stakeholder updates.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture, removing blockers and driving continuous improvement.
  • Pre-Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Develop and present custom proposals, RFPs/RFIs responses, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Train and support sales teams with technical insights and competitive differentiators.
  • Identify and leverage use cases to demonstrate VivaConnect’s value to brands.
  • Stakeholder & Client Management
  • Act as the bridge between clients, sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Share client feedback with product teams to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Growth & Innovation
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Optimize pre-sales and project delivery processes for scalability and efficiency.
  • Promote Agile best practices and tools to enhance team performance.

Experience & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 9+ years in IT project management + pre-sales, preferably in CPaaS, cloud, or enterprise software.
  • Certifications: PMP, Agile, Scrum, or sales-related certifications are a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Jira, SDLC, RFPs, and PowerPoint.
  • Agile mindset with adaptability to changing scopes.
  • Personality: Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced culture.
