Senior Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Project Manager, your main responsibility is to lead the execution of medium to large and moderately complex projects while ensuring compliance with company procedures, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety, and environmental requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the project team and establish the project execution approach - Oversee project hand-over, execution planning, monitoring, and control activities - Develop comprehensive project plans in collaboration with the Project Controls department - Manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices - Monitor and control project financials, including project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flow - Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage risks while pursuing opportunities - Ensure contract and claims management in accordance with company policies and contractual agreements - Act as the key contact for the customer and handle project issues escalation - Mentor and develop team members by providing guidance, feedback, and support Qualifications Required: - Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field - [18+] years of project management experience with a proven track record - Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate cross-functional teams - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills Additional Company Details: Hitachi Energy is committed to ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance in all projects.
