As a skilled and proactive Project Manager at ##MetaBlock, your role will involve overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of web, software, and blockchain development projects. With a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery - Collaborate with clients, developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope and requirements - Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations - Monitor progress and performance; proactively manage risks and issues - Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations - Facilitate team meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives - Track project metrics, prepare status reports, and maintain documentation Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in IT project management (Web, Software, or Blockchain preferred) - Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar - PMP, Scrum Master, or other certifications (preferred but not required) Nice to Have: - Background in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized platforms - Experience managing cross-border or remote teams - Familiarity with SaaS, ERP, LMS, or mobile app projects In addition to the above, ##MetaBlock offers: - Competitive salary and performance bonuses - A collaborative and innovative work environment - Opportunities to grow in emerging technologies like blockchain and Web3 - Flexible working hours and remote-friendly culture Please note that the job is Full-time with the work location being in person at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
