Key Responsibilities Develop detailed and coordinated 3D models for structural steel elements in Tekla Structures, Bocad, or Advance Steel. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficient in 3D modeling software such as Tekla Structures, Bocad, or Advance Steel. Should be able to perform all the Junior modeller task. Good understanding of steel construction, structural connections, and fabrication logic. Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in steel modeling and detailing. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with project team members. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy and completeness of 3D models. Timely delivery of modeling tasks and revisions. Alignment of models with project drawings and specifications. Responsiveness to coordination issues and feedback. Contribution to clash resolution and constructability improvements.
