BOCAD - Modellers

As a Civil/Structural Engineer with a focus on structural steel detailing, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of drawings using BOCAD software. With a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-8 years of relevant experience, you will play a vital role in the quality assurance procedures and adherence to industry standards. Your expertise in interpreting engineering drawings, proficiency in 3D modelling and detailing with BOCAD software, and a strong understanding of structural engineering principles will be essential in this role. You will collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders, utilizing your excellent verbal and written communication skills to identify potential issues, propose solutions, and ensure drawing accuracy. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a high level of accuracy will be key as you review and check structural steel details, steel connections, and fabrication methods. Your ability to resolve discrepancies and improve design quality will contribute significantly to the success of projects.
