• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
• Craft clear, compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored for different buyer personas.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor strengths/weaknesses.
• Collaborate with product management on road-map communication and feedback collection from customers and sales teams.
• Analyse marketing performance metrics and customer feedback to optimise strategies and messaging.
• Support sales teams with training and resources to effectively sell products.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring product marketing aligns with customer pain points and goals.
• Experience organising webinars, product demos, or industry events.
