Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in owning the end-to-end lifecycle of our product(s), from ideation to delivery and beyond. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and operations to deliver products that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.

• Leverage strong SQL skills to extract, analyze, and interpret data for product decisions and process improvements.

• Collaborate closely with backend operations teams to understand, document, and streamline workflows through well-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Drive automation of SOPs and workflows, using both AI-based and non-AI tools, to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual dependencies.

• Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product and process effectiveness.

• Ensure SOP adherence across teams, identify deviations, and work on process optimization accordingly.

• Define detailed product requirements and user stories with clarity for design and engineering teams.

• Analyze product performance through data and insights; propose iterations or enhancements.

• Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

• Drive product launches and internal enablement across teams including marketing and sales.

Requirements

• Tier 1 College Preferred (IIM's & ISB).

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B or tech-led environment.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle – from ideation to launch and iterations.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms (Mixpanel, GA, etc.).

• Technical proficiency to understand API integrations, backend workflows, and basic system architecture.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or SaaS products.

• Familiarity with data analytics and BI tools like SQL & Power BI/Tableau.

• Strong business acumen with a user-first mindset.
