The Role in Detail

- Own and scale consumer products serving tens of thousands of creators (musicians, educators, entrepreneurs) whose businesses depend on us—shipping features that transform workflows, boost earnings, and drive metrics like growth, retention, and revenue per user.

- Dive obsessively into user insights: Conduct 100+ conversations monthly through interviews, observations, and hands-on product use; navigate diverse creator needs where a musician's flow differs wildly from an educator's.

- Proven scaling of B2C products from 10,000 to 100,000+ users—with concrete proof, not anecdotes; experience shipping features used by thousands daily (not quarterly B2B tweaks).

- Deep understanding of consumer metrics (MAU, viral coefficients, habit formation) vs. B2B ones; track record navigating the "messy middle" of growth plateaus and churn spikes.

- Obsessive user focus: Examples of running statistically significant experiments, killing features based on data over ego, and talking to users relentlessly—in person, on calls, or via the product.

- Weekly shipping mindset: View quarterly roadmaps as fiction; excited by rapid iteration grounded in reality, not opinions.
