Were a fast-growing, profitable SaaS startup from the US, building a next-gen AI-powered social media automation platform. With strong early traction and a product-first mindset, were now looking for our first internal Head of Engineering a key leadership role that will shape the future of our tech, our team, and our ability to scale from 10,000s to 100,000s of users.

Our mission is simple: help creators grow. Our platform has supported tens of thousands of creators, publishing millions of videos across major social platforms. Weve built a lean, sustainable business without external funding and work closely with partners like YouTube.

Were now entering an exciting phase, launching a new version of our platform that blends AI and automation in truly impactful ways. With no direct competitors, we’re ready to scale aggressively — and we need a leader who can ensure that our software quality, testing processes, infrastructure, and production systems scale with us.

What You’ll Do

• Join the founding leadership team and shape engineering culture, architecture, and process from day one.
• Own the entire engineering function — from backend services and infrastructure-as-code to testing and production readiness.
• Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap alongside the CTO, ensuring the platform can scale to hundreds of thousands of users.
• Lead the design and development of a scalable, secure, microservice-based SaaS platform.
• Build and evolve our cloud-native infrastructure on AWS (CDK, ECS, S3, etc.) with strong DevOps and observability practices.
• Establish and enforce best practices for software quality, automated testing, performance monitoring, and production reliability.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team.
• Drive execution across our stack: React/Next.js/TypeScript on the frontend, Golang and Node.js on the backend
• Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to deliver impactful, user-facing features.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10 years of software development experience, with 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Proven ability to build and scale SaaS products and platforms from the ground up.
• Strong technical breadth, with deep experience across:
• Microservice architectures
• Golang and/or Node.js
• AWS (CDK, ECS, S3, RDS, etc.)
• React and React Native
• DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code
• A track record of owning

  end-to-end engineering responsibility

  , including service development, infrastructure, testing, and production support.
• Experience scaling engineering orgs, systems, and practices to support rapid user and product growth.
• Passion for AI-augmented development and a bias toward innovation and speed.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Already based in Bangalore, with the ability to commute daily to Koramangala and start soon.

This is a full-time, in-person role based at our office in Koramangala, Bangalore.
