Senior Product Manager

Salary range: Rs 5000000 - Rs 15000000 (ie INR 50-150 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for the core database engine
• Collaborate with engineering managers to develop clear product documentation for upcoming releases and feature cycles
• Engage directly with customers to understand pain points, validate ideas, and guide customer-centric decisions
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across engineering, leadership, and customer-facing teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
• Analyze market and industry trends to identify competitive differentiators and new opportunities for growth
• Represent the product at conferences, events, and discussions, acting as a strong advocate and subject-matter voice
