Job Title: Vice President-Technology
Lead Location: Mumbai
Department: Technology / IT
Experience Required: 10–15+ years in IT leadership, ideally within BFSI or CRM side.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a leader who led the digital transformation and technology function of
our company. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in financial services
technology, with a solid understanding ofinvestment platforms, CRM systems, data
privacy regulations, and digital client engagement tools. This leadership role is critical in
aligning technology with our firm's mission to deliver personalized, secure, and scalable
wealth management services.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy s Leadership
• Develop and execute the firm's technology roadmap in line with business goals.
• Partner with leadership to drive innovation in client servicing, portfolio
management, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the adoption of digitaltools, platforms, and client engagement channels
across the organization.
Platforms CRM Management
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of Internal CRM
platforms and Salesforce or equivalent.
• Ensure seamless integration with portfolio management systems, risk profiling
tools, and client portals.
• Enhance client onboarding, reporting, and servicing through technology-enabled
workflows.
Data Management & Security
• Establish robust data governance policies, ensuring client data privacy, security,
and compliance (e.g., SEBI, RBI, GDPR, etc.).
• Manage cybersecurity risk and IT infrastructure to support a secure digital
environment.
• Drive the use of data analytics for clientinsights,reporting, and decisionmaking.
Operational Efficiency
• Automate and digitize internal processes such as compliance checks,
documentation, and transaction processing.
• Evaluate and implementfinancial planning and investment advisory tools to
support advisors and clients.
Team s Vendor Management
• Build and lead a technology team or manage outsourced tech vendors/partners.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with fintech vendors, custodians, and tech
platforms.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, and system maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or
related field.
• 10–15+ years oftechnology leadership experience, preferably in financial
services, wealth management, orfintech.
• Strong experience with CRM systems, investment platforms, API integrations,
and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance (SEBI, RBI, GDPR, etc.) as it
relates to technology.
• Proven ability to lead technology strategy, manage digitaltransformation, and
deliver scalable solutions
