IT&S GroupJob Summary:As a Senior Product Manager you will lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle by defining requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs, developing product strategies, managing risks, driving continuous improvement in our products and services, leading projects through all phases of the project life cycle, conducting market research, gathering feedback on existing products or services, analyzing competitive landscape & trends, and creating user stories for new features. You will also create & maintain key documentation such as product roadmaps & requirements specifications while ensuring alignment between business objectives & technical solutions. Additionally, you will define metrics for success & KPIs to track progress toward goals related to customer satisfaction & revenue growth.Job Responsibilities:
- Define and develop business cases to secure investment for product development initiatives;
- Analyze data and market insights to understand customer needs and preferences;
- Create detailed product plans including vision, roadmap, user experience maps, and key feature descriptions;
- Develop product positioning statements that resonate with customers’ needs and articulate value propositions clearly;
- Lead cross-functional teams across various stages of the product development lifecycle;
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards when developing products or services;
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation within your organization's offerings;
- Gather feedback from customers regularly to refine existing products based on their needs;
- Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders throughout the entire process.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management role;
- Proven ability to launch successful products from scratch;
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail;
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and projects;
- Excellent communication skills (oral/written) with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply;
- Ability to work independently but also take direction well;
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box;
- Demonstrated problem solving skills;
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment;
- Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or other technical field; MBA preferred.
