Description
As a member of the Firewall Management team at Cisco's Security Division, you will collaborate with the Platform and AI teams to align firewall capabilities with the Cisco Security Cloud. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the development of a compelling product roadmap that not only delivers unique outcomes but also ensures a delightful user experience. You will play a crucial role in managing and prioritizing product features based on customer insights and business rationale. Additionally, you will be instrumental in fostering product innovation by leveraging customer, competitor, and sales data to drive informed decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Platform and AI teams to synchronize firewall capabilities with the Cisco Security Cloud. - Lead the development of a product roadmap that focuses on delivering distinctive outcomes and an exceptional user experience. - Prioritize product features and make trade-offs based on customer insights and business rationale. - Work closely with design, engineering, support, and field teams to optimize workflows and processes for successful product delivery. - Drive product innovation by integrating customer, competitor, and sales data into product decisions. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of Product Management experience in an agile environment within security, infrastructure, or networking domains. - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or an MBA with a technical foundation. - Strong technical acumen in networking and security technologies. - Proven track record in writing user stories and acceptance criteria. - Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
