Senior Product Manager

As a Product Manager at the company, your role is crucial in driving the success of products and services. You will be responsible for: - Having a strong Product Sense, aligning with design principles and exploring new tech products. - Understanding the human psyche and thinking in terms of systems with a first principles approach. - Demonstrating extreme customer empathy to deeply understand user perspectives and problems. - Excelling in communication, teamwork, and leadership with a focus on execution and organization. - Collaborating effectively with engineering and tech teams, measuring success metrics, and making data-driven decisions. You will be tasked with: - Defining the product roadmap and priorities for cross-functional teams. - Bringing solutions to market through the entire product lifecycle. - Managing competing priorities with consistency and transparency. Your experience should include: - 4-7 years of relevant work experience in B2B SaaS and B2B2C platforms. - Previous roles in product management at tech-first organizations for 2-3 years. - Experience in working with APIs and leading strategic initiatives. - Comfort with data analytics and decision-making based on data. - Strong process orientation and interpersonal skills. Preferred academic qualifications: - MBA and Engineering background in Computer Science.
