Role Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. This role is responsible for driving talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives to enable business success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and develop HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide insights on workforce trends, talent gaps, and organizational design.
Talent Management
- Drive succession planning, career development, and performance management processes.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely hiring aligned with business needs.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Act as a culture ambassador, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Performance & Compensation
- Support annual performance review and compensation planning cycles.
- Advise managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.
Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Mediate conflicts and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Use data-driven insights to influence decision-making and measure HR effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on attrition, engagement, and workforce metrics.
Change Management
- Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and process improvements.
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth transitions
Minimum Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 15-16 years of core HR experience, with solid experience into a business partner role and stable in companies, this role requires high level of maturity to work with senior leadership.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Candidate should have substantial experience working in highly structured, process-oriented environments within mid to large-scale organizations, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex systems and drive consistent HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Proven experience leading HR program management, including the design, rollout, and adoption of talent management, performance, and organizational development initiatives.
- Should possess experience in leading small teams and collaborating with high- performning teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on improving HR practices to enhahnce outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, with proficiency in HRIS and data analytics.
- Proven experience in driving HR transformation initiatives and collaboration with Global teams.
