Senior Manager- Human Resources

Responsibilities:

• Be the single point of contact for all Ops & quality BU for all people related processes and initiatives.
• Lead Manpower cost optimization initiatives
• Maintaining the HR MIS for Recruitment and Exit Tracker & Dashboard presentation for Weekly & Monthly MIS
• As Performance management COE, drive PMS globally for Operation and Quality BU.
• Calibration of Annual Ratings with respective stakeholders for final submission
• Drive promotion panels and various recommendation including market correction
• To deploy a Recruitment Strategy to ensure Recruitment of Corporate Quality & Operations as per defined timeline.
• Lead Hi Potential conversations to ensure retention and engagement of hi pots
• Driving the Talent Management Initiatives for HO and support the BU for talent management initiatives
• Employee Engagement Initiatives for HO & Ops for all month as per Engagement Calendar
• Training need identification of HO employees and President Club Assessment
• Drive recognition initiatives.
• Maintain check on all Statutory requirements and support Annual Audits.

Experience

8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, including significant time in a managerial capacity. A significant portion of your experience should be in leadership, typically senior/Manager role to demonstrate ability to manage teams and HR functions.
