Description
Responsibilities â–ª Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing and other transactions. â–ª Managing Intercompany Transactions, ensuring transfer pricing compliance. â–ª Review financial data and prepare monthly MIS & annual reports. â–ª Overseeing and managing flow of cash, banking. â–ª Reviewing monthly Balance Sheet Schedule. â–ª Facilitating Budgeting process with the help of team members. â–ª Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures. â–ª Liaise with auditors to facilitate and ensure timely completion of audit and filing. â–ª Liaise with company secretaries and tax consultants to ensure statutory compliance. â–ª Any other matter that is required by HO Finance. Qualifications Advance Degree in Finance such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent. Working knowledge of IGAAP, IFRS, Ind-AS 8+ years of experience in finance role. Handling Team of Leads and managers Leadership & Problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, organisational skills, interpersonal & communication skills, analytical skills, multi-tasking abilities, integrity and honesty. Proficient user of finance software, ERPs (SAP, Oracle etc.), MS Office.
