Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the day-to-day financial operations within the company including overseeing of payroll, customer contracts, AP, AR & GL.
  • Stakeholder management – working closely with BU heads for their business, operational and Cash flow requirements.
  • Review financial data and oversee accounting team on book closure, guide the team on monthly MIS – both management and statutory.
  • Treasury: Overseeing and managing flow of cash, banking (Incl. Cash flow forecasting at various BU levels).
  • Responsible for local audits and supporting group audits including consolidation at group level
  • Reviewing monthly Balance Sheet Schedule for group entities.
  • Supporting FP&A team with annual Budgeting process as well as for monthly MIS.
  • Regulatory & Tax compliance: Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures.
  • Liaise with company secretaries and tax consultants to ensure statutory compliance.
  • Managing Intercompany Transactions, ensuring transfer pricing compliance.
  • Reviewing internal controls and undertaking corrective actions, as necessary
  • Support the business through value added reports and meaningful cost optimization measures.
  • To lead optimization of global effective tax rates.

Required Qualification & Skills

  • Advance Degree in Finance such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
  • Should have minimum 5 years expereince in working with IT companies.
  • Working knowledge of IGAAP, IFRS, Ind-AS, Tax – Direct & Indirect
  • 12+ years of experience in finance role.
  • Handling Team of Leads and managers
  • Leadership & Problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, interpersonal & communication skills, analytical skills, multi-tasking abilities, integrity and honesty.
  • Proficient user of finance software, ERPs (SAP, Oracle etc.), MS Office.
