Responsibilities ▪ Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing and other transactions. ▪ Managing Intercompany Transactions, ensuring transfer pricing compliance. ▪ Review financial data and prepare monthly MIS & annual reports. ▪ Overseeing and managing flow of cash, banking. ▪ Reviewing monthly Balance Sheet Schedule. ▪ Facilitating Budgeting process with the help of team members. ▪ Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures. ▪ Liaise with auditors to facilitate and ensure timely completion of audit and filing. ▪ Liaise with company secretaries and tax consultants to ensure statutory compliance. ▪ Any other matter that is required by HO Finance. Qualifications Advance Degree in Finance such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent. Working knowledge of IGAAP, IFRS, Ind-AS 8+ years of experience in finance role.
