Job Description

Job Responsiblities
  • Preparation of BS schedules.
  • Ownership of revenue accounting – Intercompany allocation, cross charge entries & accounts receivable reconciliation
  • Department-wise revenue/cost allocation
  • Unbilled revenue accounting
  • AR aging report generation and follow-up with clients for timely payments
  • Prepare monthly revenue workings and OH allocation sheet.
  • Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
  • End to End Payroll process, Payroll accounting and payroll verification.
  • Liaise with company secretaries and tax consultants to ensure statutory compliance
  • Assisting in compliance activities: TDS, PF, ESI, GST, PT, LWF payments, reconciliation and filing returns.
  • Month-end closure activities and report generation.
  • Prepare resource wise Margin statement.
  • Coordination with auditors – Group management audit, Statutory audit and internal audit.

Required Qualification & Skills

  • Preferred Advance Degree in Finance such as CA-Inter, CA, CMA or equivalent.
  • 4-6 years of experience in finance role.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, organisational skills, interpersonal & communication skills, analytical skills, multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficient user of finance software (ERPs), MS excel.
