Senior Manager - Finance

As a Finance Manager, your role will be crucial in strengthening the financial operations and supporting strategic growth. You will be responsible for various key areas: - **Financial Planning & Analysis**: - Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets. - Analyze financial performance and variances. - Prepare monthly MIS and financial dashboards. - **Accounting & Compliance**: - Oversee daily accounting operations (AR/AP, ledger, reconciliation). - Ensure timely preparation of financial statements. - Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, etc. - Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory & tax audits. - **Treasury & Cash Flow Management**: - Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements. - Manage banking relationships, overdrafts, and credit facilities. - Plan fund allocation across departments and projects. - **Cost Control & Optimization**: - Identify cost-saving opportunities across procurement and operations. - Analyze manufacturing cost structures and recommend improvements. - Export & Import Documentation (If Applicable). - Handle export documentation, forex transactions, and incentive schemes. - Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and DGFT for compliance. **Key Requirements**: - Education: CA / MBA in Finance / M.Com - Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing/export sector. **Skills**: - Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance. - Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, Excel, and financial software. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Leadership and team management ability.
