Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to strengthen our financial operations and support strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets. Analyze financial performance and variances. Prepare monthly MIS and financial dashboards. Accounting & Compliance Oversee daily accounting operations (AR/AP, ledger, reconciliation). Ensure timely preparation of financial statements. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, etc. Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory & tax audits. Treasury & Cash Flow Management Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements. Manage banking relationships, overdrafts, and credit facilities. Plan fund allocation across departments and projects. Cost Control & Optimization Identify cost-saving opportunities across procurement and operations. Analyze manufacturing cost structures and recommend improvements. Export & Import Documentation (If Applicable). Handle export documentation, forex transactions, and incentive schemes. Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and DGFT for compliance. Key Requirements Education: CA / MBA in Finance / M.Com Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing/export sector. Skills Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance. Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, Excel, and financial software. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
