The company is one of India’s fastest-growing premium pre-laminated panel and laminate manufacturers. We operate a state-of-the-art 100,000 sq ft factory near Vapi and are the largest flat lamination unit in the country. To support our growth, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager - Finance & Administration.Position Details

Qualifications

Required
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
  • 10–12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector with exposure to plant/factory finance.
  • Strong technical expertise in accounting, direct & indirect taxation (GST, TDS), statutory compliances, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in audits, banking & funding, treasury, and working capital management.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in large-scale manufacturing or furniture/laminate industry.
  • Familiarity with ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Tally) and MIS implementation.
  • Exposure to government incentives/subsidies and industry-specific regulatory schemes.
  • Additional qualifications such as MBA (Finance), Cost Accountant qualification, or relevant certifications.
Role Summary
Lead the finance, taxation, accounts, administration, and compliance functions. This role requires strong technical capability, problem solving, team building, financial leadership, coordination with factory operations, and the ability to drive disciplined financial growth in a rapidly expanding manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Accounting
  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of books of accounts.
  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain robust internal controls, standard operating procedures, and financial discipline across units.
  • Manage working capital, cash flow planning, and treasury operations.
Budgeting & Financial Planning
  • Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Review plant-level budgets and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Conduct periodic P&L analysis, cost tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Identify financial risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
Taxation (Direct & Indirect)
  • Oversee accurate computation, filing, and compliance for direct and indirect taxes.
  • Manage GST, TDS, income tax matters, assessments, refunds, and regulatory notices.
  • Liaise with consultants and authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
Banking & Funding
  • Manage banking relationships, documentation, and credit facilities.
  • Handle term loans, working capital limits, LC/BG facilities, and loan renewals.
  • Prepare CMA data, financial projections, and funding proposals.
Audits & Compliance
  • Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits.
  • Ensure adherence to Companies Act, FEMA, ROC filings, and other statutory obligations.
  • Stay updated on government subsidies, incentive schemes, and industry-related regulations.
Factory Coordination & Systems Oversight
  • Liaise with plant finance, production, and operations teams.
  • Review factory MIS, costing data, consumption reports, and inventory controls.
  • Ensure effectiveness of financial systems and processes at the manufacturing unit.
  • Maintain synchronization between factory and corporate office reporting.
Administration & IT Coordination
  • Oversee general administration, administrative policies, and office operations.
  • Work with IT partners for system improvements, data security, and infrastructure needs.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, guide, and develop the finance and admin teams.
  • Promote an accountable, disciplined, and motivated work environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure team alignment with business objectives.
Candidate Profile
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–12 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, budgeting, P&L analysis, and compliance.
  • Experience in factory coordination, plant finance, and cost controls.
  • Solid banking, funding, and audit management skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant subsidies, schemes, and industrial regulations.
  • High integrity, analytical capability, and operational focus.
  • Team-oriented, self-driven, and capable of owning the finance function in a growing organization.
