Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
Provide insights into financial performance, variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
Oversee accounting operations, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (direct & indirect taxation, GST, TDS, corporate laws, etc.).
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial implications of strategies, investments, and projects.
Drive cost optimization, working capital management, and financial controls.
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management and board review.
Manage banking relationships, funding requirements, and cash flow planning.
Monitor credit, liquidity, and risk management processes.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
Establish best practices, processes, and internal controls.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
5–8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounts, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance frameworks.
Proven expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and ERP/accounting systems.
Experience in a startup, manufacturing, or multinational environment is a plus.
