We’re looking for a Quality Head to lead and strengthen our Quality Department. Key Responsibilities: Lead the entire Quality function and ensure strict compliance with industry and customer standards. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS). Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits, with a focus on AS 9100 standards. Manage quality control, assurance processes, and continual improvement activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.Prepare documentation, reports, and maintain audit trails. Represent the company during customer and certification audits. Eligibility Criteria: Technical Graduate (B.Tech/B.E.) in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field. Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in managing a Quality Department. Thorough knowledge of AS 9100 audit process is essential. Strong understanding of ISO standards, QMS, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Drive end-to-end recruitment, particularly for technical and non-technical roles in aerospace consumables. Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure smooth induction and exit processes while maintaining compliance and documentation.
