Senior Quality Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Quality System Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with AS9120 and other relevant industry standards.
• Documentation Control: Ensure proper documentation management and control as per QMS requirements, including revision control, document distribution, and archiving.
• Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with AS9120 standards, regulations, and customer requirements. Prepare for audits and address non-conformities.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives through regular quality reviews, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and process optimization.
• Training & Awareness: Conduct training programs to raise awareness about quality standards and ensure employees are familiar with QMS procedures and quality expectations.
• Inspection & Testing: Oversee product quality inspections, testing procedures, and reviews to ensure compliance with aerospace industry specifications and customer requirements.
• Supplier Quality Management: Work closely with suppliers to ensure that materials and products meet required quality standards, conducting supplier audits and quality assessments.
• Customer Quality Interface: Act as the point of contact for addressing quality-related customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Quality Reporting: Monitor and report quality performance metrics, including defect rates, compliance status, and audit findings. Ensure data is analyzed and used for decision-making.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with national and international regulations, including safety, environmental standards, and aerospace certifications.
• Customer addition, Registration checklist, Product addition

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Quality Assurance, or related roles, preferably in the Aerospace, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
• Experience working in an AS9100 /AS9120 certified environment is required.
• Proven track record in conducting internal audits, managing quality assurance processes, and implementing corrective actions.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, etc.), Quality Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001 or AS9100 lead auditor) is preferred.

Pay: ₹34,900.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
