Job Description

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain records, documentation, timely invoices and reports related to operations.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate operational tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Support inventory management, logistics, or service delivery based on business type.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and present operational insights to management.
Travel to company sites or vendor locations as required.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 operational timeline, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in operations, specifically in supply chain management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM tools.
Willingness to travel based on business needs.
