Job Profile: Jr. Project Executive-Operations

Job Description:

Managing mystery shopping assignments

• Scheduling mystery shoppers through phone/mail for audits across India
• Editing the mystery audit reports for quality

Business Analytics: We provide clients with expert analysis to help them drive results. You will be responsible for:

- Analysis and presentation of data.
- To help understand key trends across outlets- To help simplify complex data & make it meaningful for your business- Key Customer Insights: To help understand what customers want and what they expect.

• To analyze what is being delivered and its impact what we look for? Who would be an ideal candidate?

- Creating dynamic reports with PivotTables.

- Building formulas.

- Cell formatting.

- Managing large datasets with functions: IF, SUM, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP.

- Task automation.

- Manipulate date, time, text, and arrays.

- Building charts and graphs.
