Position Overview:

The Senior Key Account Manager – B2B Apple Sellout will be responsible for driving sellout performance, promoter management, and in-store execution at the Apple key selected store in Malappuram.
This role focuses exclusively on sellout operations and performance improvement, ensuring that the store consistently achieves and exceeds Apple’s retail and customer experience standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sellout Performance Management

  • Take complete ownership of sellout performance in the assigned Apple key account store at Malappuram.
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure continuous sales growth.
  • Analyze sellout trends, stock movement, and sales data to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
  • Implement store-level promotional strategies to improve conversion rates and average selling price.
  • Ensure strong execution of Apple retail display and merchandising standards.

2. Promoter Team Management

  • Supervise and mentor Apple promoters deployed at the store.
  • Monitor promoter attendance, performance, customer engagement, and conversion efficiency.
  • Conduct daily briefing and weekly performance reviews to enhance productivity and motivation.
  • Organize product knowledge and sales skill training sessions to strengthen team effectiveness.
  • Foster a positive, performance-driven work culture among promoters to ensure brand excellence.

3. Relationship & Store Management

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with store management and staff.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between Alps Distributors and the key Apple store.
  • Ensure the store maintains the highest Apple standards in display, customer experience, and service quality.
  • Coordinate with the store team and internal departments to manage inventory flow, product availability, and demand forecasting.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, highlighting key trends and actionable insights.
  • Submit promoter performance and productivity reports to the Regional Manager.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor activities, local promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Recommend store-level action plans for improving sales and brand visibility.

5. Operational Excellence

  • Ensure timely execution of Apple B2B programs, promotions, and initiatives within the store.
  • Conduct periodic audits of store merchandising, demo units, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain strong alignment with Apple Business Development Managers and Alps internal teams for coordinated growth.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in Apple or premium brand retail sellout management.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B business operations and retail channel management.
  • Excellent people management and team leadership skills, especially in handling promoters.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.
  • High energy, target-oriented, and self-driven professional attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in key account management, retail sellout, or sales operations (preferably in Apple or other premium smartphone brands).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English and Malayalam is essential.

  • Monthly and quarterly sellout achievement.
  • Promoter performance and productivity improvement.
  • Customer satisfaction and in-store experience ratings.
  • Display compliance and brand visibility standards.
  • Store-level growth compared to previous quarters.
