Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven, and experienced Business Manager – B2B Solar to lead client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation in the fast-growing solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding of solar systems, market insight, and a strategic mindset to drive business growth across industrial, commercial, and residential segments. Key Responsibilities: Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, EPC contractors, and decision-makers. Identify and target business clients such as factories, warehouses, institutions, commercial buildings, and corporate offices. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and feasibility assessments. Track market trends, competitor activity, and government solar policies/incentives. Close deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering (EEE/Mechanical preferred) or Business Administration. Additional certifications in solar energy / renewable energy are a plus. Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales , with at least 2 years in solar/EPC/energy sector . Key Skills & Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + regional language preferred). Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills. Sound technical understanding of solar components (panels, inverters, batteries, etc.). Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and proposal software tools. Self-starter with high energy, integrity, and ownership mindset.
