Business Manager – Sales & Service (Dehradun)

For ARQ Trace – Lumani Partner

A full-time, on-site leadership role driving growth for Lumani’s premium portfolio across Dehradun and Uttarakhand. The role demands a go-getter mindset, strong market intelligence, and a results-oriented approach to accelerate brand penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct and channel sales.
• Execute minimum 4 architect/client engagements daily to build a robust pipeline.
• Strengthen regional relationships with architects, builders, and premium developers.
• Identify and convert high-value residential and commercial opportunities.
• Oversee after-sales service to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools.
• Coordinate with design, operations, and installation teams to ensure flawless execution.
• Represent the Lumani–Schüco value proposition with deep technical and commercial proficiency.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years’ experience in premium doors, windows, façades, kitchens, or wardrobes.
• Strong existing network with architects and developers in Uttarakhand.
• Proven capability to deliver ₹3–5 Cr monthly sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly disciplined, self-driven, and target focused.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms; Asana/Salesforce preferred.

• Must own a four-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively.
