Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Manager role located in Pune PCMC Mumbai Osmanabad Nanded Latur. The Business Manager will oversee daily operations, develop business growth strategies, and manage relationships with clients, partners, and employees. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing branch functions, enhancing customer satisfaction, and handling service delivery. Additionally, the Business Manager will ensure adherence to company policies, monitor financial performance, and supervise staff for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management skills, including experience in team supervision and performance evaluation
• Strong financial and business acumen, with experience in sales strategy, loan products, and business management
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Familiarity with asset finance(CV/Car Loan),and banking or financial services
• Proficiency in planning, analyzing data, and creating business reports
• Bachelor’s degree related field
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and drive results under deadlines
• Knowledge of the local financial landscape and experience working in a similar geographic region is an advantage
